摘  要：The monumental work of B. Riemann shows that Fourier analysis plays an essential role in the meromorphic continuation and the functional equation of Riemann zeta function. In this talk, I will give a brief introduction to possible generalizationsvia harmonic analysis on spherical varieties within the framework of (relative) Langlands functoriality conjecture.
